Recently, I (Elizabeth) made some chicken and gravy for my family for dinner. I remember this dish being one of my favorites when I was growing up. The result was so good, and I happily ate the leftovers every day--each time raving about my chicken and gravy to whoever would listen. Finally Rebecca took the hint and added this dish to the menu, for everyone to enjoy. We serve it over cauliflower rice, which makes it Whole30 compliant. Yum!
