Inspired by back to school nostalgia, Elizabeth channeled her inner "Little Debbie" to create this Swiss cake roll. A chocolate sponge cake layered with vanilla French buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache, this Swiss cake roll is much more sophisticated than the lunchbox version from our childhood.
